All Watches

Fabulous! I was looking for watch and found it. However, the actual piece was out of stock but the retail assistant Andy was resourceful and super helpful. He arranged for my purchase to be delivered tomorrow for collection. On top of it, he extended 15% to me and I went off really happy to purchase the watch at a reasonable price.

I went to that store because I was looking for automatic skeleton watch. I visited a few around but vendor convinced me on a nice rotary and gave me good advice to use and maintain it. Do not hesitate to negotiate a little bit as show price are too high.

Shameful behaviour. Blatantly requesting the need to purchase another Tudor in order to be put on the waitlist for another one. Such attitude. Avoid at all cost.

Well, I had an impromptu visit to the All Watches boutique at Bugis Junction yesterday afternoon with the intention to try my luck and secure a Tudor Black Bay 58. The boutique was already occupied with potential clients but even so at the moment I stepped into the boutique, a sales executive promptly greeted me in a nice way and politely asked if he could assist, I went quite straight to the point of what I’m looking for to be sincere but unfortunately it’s unavailable. Having said, he shared that there is one other popular model which is supposedly available but I decided not to go ahead with it. The gentlemen went by the name as Nic and I would like to share that my first experience at the boutique was really pleasant and I’m happy to be assisted by Nic. Hope I will have the chance to get that Tudor Black Bay Pro from him some day. ?

Dont go here. It is a waste of your time. They treat clients unethical and play favourites and bribes to sell the watches to whoever will pay over market. Rolex should stop doing business with this place

Great service from Mr Andy who secured two Tudor pieces for me and my Friend that we have been eyeing! Smooth transaction.

Customer service was good. I bought Tissot Seastar 1000 for $780 after $20 off upon request. Expecting some promotion. Well after that I went and check out at Tissot official Boutique Suntec City, the same watch selling for $720 with 10% discounted price. Guess I should have just buy from the official Boutique. I was disappointed where other customers can enjoy 15% discounts benefits then why not me? Is it because I'm indian?

That day I went to Wisma branch asking about waiting status for Tudor watch, because before that I got put waiting list..when I go in that shop and ask the SA got ready stock or not? He say got, but u must buy another timepiece only can sell u…I just wan to ask, if need to buy other watch to get that watch… Then what the purpose for waiting list??? For fun is it?? Really disappointed for the service!!!
