β β β β β The post service is bad. I sent my watch for repairs, they didnβt call me when the watch is fixed. I was told by the sales person that I didnβt collect my watch and it might have sent back to the warehouse. But I was not informed at all!

β β β β β We bought this watch 2 months ago from your store in Bugis. Days later, we figured out there a defect with the timing, the watch is late and totally not accurate. We took it back to the store, where your agent promised to solve the issue. It took them a month for repairing before they called us for pick up,and guess what! The same issue persists. We took it back to the store today asking for refund or replacement, and the sales agent "Jasmine" was very rude to me and my wife, she kept saying there is nothing they can do for us and it is not their problem because they are only resellers.Her colleague interfered trying to alleviate the tense of the discussion, offering to send it back to be repaired without any guarantee that the problem will be fixed. We feel cheated and robbed by you, we paid $126 for a worthless watch that doesn't cost a nickel.
