★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to DW Bugis Junction branch today to have my battery replaced only to be told that I can replace my battery from other repair shop (uncle shops) which is cheaper since DW battery cost about 20$ and would take 5 days. I even told the store clerk I have it already repaired at the same shop before. Clearly, she doesn't want to exert effort to do extra work today. Poor service by store clerk Jeslyn.
