I will pass by here everyday. They gaves one of the worst rate in Singapore. Change small amount unless you have urgency.

Clerk there are Impolite... impatience... sounds like we are owning them money. Will never ever return!!! Worst ever service in SG.

Lousy money changer,they say they will keep my currency over the phone and told me a rate and I went down to the shop they said lower price and sold,WASTE MY TIME LOUSY MONEY CHANGER

I encountered a scene dis morning at about 9.05am. I was at kranji mrt outlet and exchanged S$100.20. The girl attending to me counted the RM in front of me and I visually counted together with her. Before handing over the RM to me, I thought that the RM exhange rate has gone down because I counted Rm260. When she passed the RM and receipt to me, I left the counter and was shocked to see the receipt that the amt tat she should give me is RM270. So I immediately went back to her and told her that she had short- changed me of RM10. The girl kept insisting that she gave me the correct amt and I, who do not like to create a scene, left the place cos to me its not worth it to argue over RM10. My mistake was that I re-counted the money after leaving the counter. But wat if I counted the money in front of her and pointed out the mistake. I think she would just say sorry and pass me the amt. My point is, what abt those who counted the money after they left the counter? Is this one of their ways to earn extra pocket money for themselves?? So I would like to remind you people out there to physically count your money in front of them even if there is a long Q. RM10 is nothing to me and to most of us but if 10 or more people are short-changed by them everyday? It will be more than wat they earn per day... There are CCTV cameras in the outlet and I hope it can capture all the daily transactions... Cheers!!!

Better don't go this money changer. I have 50 bucks US but they don't change. Because slightly torn my notes. Im ask if other country notes are torn acceptable. The lady says yes. What are the rules and regulations.
