★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exchanged RMB here came back and exchange leftover RMB was told by officer there words written on it. The very notes that were issued by them was told that need receipt b4 they can accept. Check ur notes properly before leaving the place. Rude officer , went other places to exchange they were able to accept the notes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very dishonest way of doing business. Told me that I can change at this rate, when I came back after withdrawing money, told me to re queue and told me it’s a different rate already because rates fluctuate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dishonest way of luring customers to their shop when called to ask about rates, they will give you a Super high rate and when you ask them if they have stock, they will tell you yes and ask you to go to their shop. When reach the shop within less than half an hour, the reduced the rates by so much and did not want to honour the rate they gave given to you over the phone. Staff was rude, mostly non locals, boss is a coward and told the staff not to reveal his name. Very very unethical way of doing business, they gave you their number and ask you to call them, end up the rates they gave are fake. Do not fall into the prey of such dishonest shop owners. They are not even worthy of ONE star, but unfortunately I cannot give them zero.
