★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service by Dr Cheng Yew Kuang. Referred by my own specialist for ultrasound scan regarding a sprain for medical claims. Post visit, did not provide the letter for the required purpose. I called the clinic more than 5 times to request for a letter stating the results of the scan so that I can submit to my insurer for claims but each time was rejected by the nurses. I requested at least 4 times to speak with Dr Cheng but he refused to answer the phone. Request for him to return calls were also ignored. Very arrogant, irresponsible and unprofessional doctor. Bad after care service with no regards for patients. Please do not go to this clinic. Worse experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Cheng Yew Kuang has been my rheumatologist since 2012. Since I have an autoimmune disorder and on heavy medications, I see him every 3 months for blood work.
He is efficient, understanding, listens to my concerns and always happy to answer any questions I have, even via email.
I’ve had a couple missteps with one of his nurses but it was quickly addressed when I made the complaint.
Previously I had seen another rheumatologist who had misdiagnosed me and had me on harmful medications that my body did not need.
I had gone for a second opinion who fully agreed on the course of action Dr Cheng had in place for me.
Dr Cheng is a great choice for anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable, kind doctor who takes care and has patience for his patients.
