β β β β β The Hyatt Andaz breakfast is amazing. It on the 25th floor & is set up as Hawker stations. There are incredible amounts of food to choose from. There is a dim sum station, American station with excellent waffles and pastries, a hit station as well with sausage and eggs. You can tell the waiter how youβd like your eggs and theyβll make it however youβd like. The juice station is one of my favorite stations. Not only do they have the standard orange and apple juice, they also have guava and a green detox juice that I look forward to having every single morning ? Jeff and the whole staff were incredibly welcoming and hospitable, canβt wait to come back!

β β β β β βοΈ For the Ambience and Service rendered, the prices of the food were surprisingly affordable. For instance, the Impossible Burger and Quattro Formaggi were merely $25 each.
βοΈ Service rendered was exceptional. The waiter waiting our table was very nice and polite, and attended to us very well.
βοΈ Very beautiful interior and ambience. The candlelight atmosphere coupled with the light jazz made for a very relaxing and memorable experience.
βοΈ Good variety and selection of food. The food ranged from classic Western to Italian, and even had Mediterranean and Asian selections. Perfect for dining in a group as well to suit different palettes.
βοΈ Very interesting twist on the Hummus with a citrus fusion that was definitely a wonderful surprise.
Overall pleasant experience and a definite recommendation for everyone.

β β β β β Breakfast is tasteful. Ambience is comfortable. Service is okay, need to wait some time for food to be served. Busy kitchen since it's also serving the hotel guests. Overall enjoyable experience.

β β β β β Had a good first time dining experience at Alley on 25 during my Staycation at andaz Singapore.
The food were above average in my opinion. For potato lovers, make sure you order their crispy marble potatoes. The potato's were full of flavours and crunchy at the same time!
For my mains, I ordered the linguine gamberetti which consisted ox
Tiger prawns, garlic and white wine. This dish tasted average only as I feel that the flavours were abit too bland.
The impossible burgers were great! It was one of the better impossible burgers that I had in awhile. The fries looked handmade as well.
The ribs were okay and average as well. Not much comment on this.
Will look forward coming back again to dine here as the dining atmosphere here is very suitable if you're looking for a dining place that is quiet and relaxing. The staff here were friendly and courteous as well.

β β β β β Awesome lazy Sunday brunch. Ordering only 1 main is totally justified due to the portion sizes, atleast for the chicken parmigiana... It tasted good as well. The veal schnitzel (part of Oktoberfest special) was good but dry.. wished it had a sauce with it... The waffles and ice cream was amazing. Will definitely visit again.. only wish it had a better outside view (due to the high floor) instead of the garden near the pool.

β β β β β This is my second time here. Food and service was just as good as the first time. The only difference is Randah and Michelle was around this time. They are such a delight, friendly and responsive. Thanks for recommending the waffles, it is divine!!
P.S: Skip their coffee and go for the smoothie instead (coffee is a little flat)

β β β β β Visited Alley on 25 for the first time on 3 Jan 2022.
We had the afternoon tea, which left much to be desired especially if you considered its price. The soup was served in a bowl, which was too deep. A shallow plate would have been more appropriate to enjoy the soup.
Breakfast the next morning on the other hand was a delicious spread. The laksa is definitely a must try!

β β β β β Visited twice. Tried their Kitchen Party, free flow of wine and bar snacks ($50 nett), I like it very much. The customer service was very good during my visit at night (Kitchen Party). The lunch menu set was below expectations, taste average and little selections. The customer service was below expectations during the lunch time, probably is the part time staff or internship, lack of experience.
