★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and awesome gerry uncle and peggy aunty to identify the problem on my bicycle(bike) and give suggestions from cheap to expensive..supportive person and mainly positive guy. Im a indian and found many languages of notices outside of his shop including my language. Feels like one of my neighbour. Very highly recommended for everyone to visit his shop even u don't have anything to repair or buy ?

Really appreciate Jerry & His Wife for helping me on my brake issue. Jerry also recommended Vittoria Terreno tyres for my bike. Now my bike feel lighter when i pedal.

It was a worthwhile visit to have my bike issues rectified on the spot. I m amazed by both owners (Jerry & Peggy) of their professional advice and service. I was truly amused by their friendly sense of humor and i learned more about biking related stuff from them. It was an afternoon well spent at their shop *Alliance Bike Shop*!
Its definitely highly recommended ?.

A friendly chat with the boss on my daily commute experience turned out to be a diagnosis session, which he recommended the necessary parts to replace and upgrade.
Boss man was very assuring and provided regular updates when he's working on the bike. He was honest when some of my choice of parts were not compatible. He went the extra mile by taking his wife's bike apart just to give me the compatible parts (which made me feel really bad and impressed at the same time).
When I took the upgraded bike on my usual commute, there was a drastic improvement in comfort and efficiency, which made me realised that I should have gone to Alliance much sooner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for bicycle repair and the shop owners were extremely helpful and experienced :) they also recommended me different parts that will suit my bicycle better. They really know what they sell, and will specifically tell you the pros and cons of each item of origin, and what they do. Prices are quite reasonable given that they explain everything very well. Thanks for the help!
