Overall, they are professional and do their best for the customers. I changed to a SRAM NX Eagle 12 speed groupset with them. There were some miscommunications at the start but in good faith, they gave me the benefit of the doubt and chose to deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional the whole time. They even did their best to do up my bike because there was some urgency. A feedback for one of their staff though - Khai - (if I spelled your name right), I think he needs to communicate clearly not just to the customer but to the rest of his team. Alot of the miscommunication could be avoided if he had communicated to the team. Still, I give him the benefit of the doubt that because the shop is busy, certain details may have gotten lost in communication. Just a point for improvement in terms of process. Other than that Qin Hui, and I think the boss' son, are both really really helpful. Well done guys.

After having had experiences with multiple mechanics and retailers, I do sincerely believe C2C offers the best service in all of Singapore. Genuine, sincere, and skilled, they have time and time again solved all of the bike related issues I had encountered, no matter how difficult or complex it was. Kudos to Alex, Qinghui, and the rest of the staff for helping me to build my ideal ride--- their work has been nothing short of inspiring, giving me the confidence to ride longer and harder through rain and shine. Fellow cyclists looking for the best LBS in Singapore, look no further. :)

Good customer service. Gave sound advice instead of pushing me to buy products from them. I went with the intention of buying a saddle but after hearing my story(new saddle rode 4 rides), they advised me to give my new saddle more ride time to assess better. That's the way rapport is build and a lifetime customer.

Have visited this bike shop countless of times this year alone. What can I say? My go to and the friendliest lbs I have patronised out there. Thanks Boss Ben and Qing Hui for fixing up my bike once again. Friendly, enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended, do find boss Ben and his mechanics (Khai, Alex, Qing Hui) for future servicing/upgrades, you will not regret coming down to this shop. Everything done within a few hours! ben, the owner along with his current staff are very accommodating and knowledgeable in the cycling industry. and the current shop renovation updates is a welcoming sign for the business. I (speaking through past experiences)can entrust all my bikes for well deserve maintenance and repairs & upgrades to this shop 100%!

Changed from straight to drop bar for my bike here recently. Kai was very knowledgeable and provided plenty of advice on my bike parts and handling. The conversion was done fast and workmanship was excellent. If you love and value your bike please bring it here. Hard to find a group of professionals who truly know their stuff in one place and can take good care of your bike.

Alex who attended to my bike was very friendly. Providing me timely updates before asking me to purchase the parts. Very clear and honest about what needs to be serviced.

Was afraid to go to another bike store as I had a very bad experience from a bike store in Hougang (of which I will not mention) I was greeted with wonderful Service from ALL the team members in the store. Went out of their way to introduce me to better alternatives and explained in detail for every recommendation they gave. There was no hard selling at any point of time, and I was generally very comfortable with the "vibe" of the place. Wouldn't say that the prices are exorbitant, and I felt that every dollar was well spent. Got my tires and rotors changed, and had a simple servicing. Would definitely come back to get my bike serviced here.
