β β β β β Well stock shop, very reasonable price. Good servicing experience (twice). Only issue is the long wait (can be up to 30 60minutes!) . Do not go near closing hours as they are likely to last-call earlier.
They repair and sell bikes (saw Sava1 and 360), many food-deliveries chaps serviced their ebikes too.
Although shop is 5km from my place, I would gladly go back again.

β β β β β Most of my experience here has been okay abit pricey but okay but this time I came here to tighten my crankarm after 5 mins they said "fix already" but 10 minutes later it was loose again and they charged $10 just to "tighten" it.

β β β β β I am very shocked when I saw their goggle review is below 4. I read thru some of the 1 star review which I felt sorry for the person. But c'mon guys, let be fair to them. Lew has been in the market for so many years. All the good services that his has provided and all the discount you ask for. Shouldn't you all stand up for Lew? All the bad comments you all are so eager to review. How about the good things LEW has done for you all.
My personal experience with them is wonderful. Thumb up!

β β β β β Went to this shop to ask for help to install a nut on my bike paddle as it dropped off. Given excuse the paddle will drop off easily, he suggest a new paddle that cost $50 and $25 labour installation. What a rip off suggestion, like highway robbery. Beware!!!

β β β β β 0 stars if I could. Nonchalant staffs that aren't interested to help. Not allowed to see them fix your bicycle, installation fees from products purchased are understanable. But $35 to tune a bicycle groupset? Went to another bike shop turns out solution offered by this shop was wrong and could've caused damages to my bicycle. Go at your own risk.

β β β β β Nice ppl to buy stuffs from and good pricing. The boss and mechanic also share tips on bicycle maintenance knowledge and they really very friendly. Very good experience for the past many purchases. Highly recommended!!!

β β β β β Lew Bike shop is the best neighbourhood bike shop that I've come across. The staff are friendly and workmanship is extremely good. Their stock is wide ranging and of superb quality, no more worries about fake parts that I bought online. Just upgraded mine and my wife's 3sixty rear rack and this is the many times I've come back to this bike shop. Highly recommended!
