Horrible receptionist. Very rude, very nasty. Wears shorts too, very unprofessional in a clinic setting. She behaves like she runs the clinic. And everyday in the evening, she decides to shut down the cashless payment system and insists on all patients to pay by cash. And.. she DOES NOT issue any receipt for that automatically. So we all know where the money goes to. And when you ask for a receipt, she will be forced to write it down and will be irritated that her “extra earnings” for the day is gone. She should be reported to the police or SMC for mishandling cash.

Dr Sim is very professional and kind, and the receptionists there are friendly :) haven't had any negative experiences with them before, and the team has been working hard.
