★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible food. The noodle sauce taste like Maggie chili sauce. The amount of char siew and choi sum are miserable. I think 3 years old kid can make a better wantan mee than this stall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff; unhygienic store; taste can’t even match most of the wanton noodles you can find in most of the markets in Singapore. A bowl of noodle came with ONE fried and one boiled wanton! Don’t waste your calorie to eat this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who cooks is inexperienced so the noodles turn out a bit soggy. Perhaps too much pepper in the soup. The fried wonton is crispy and the char siew is good. Overall it’s still nice to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sauce is more akin to south-east Asian sambal, very unique and tastes good. The noodle is nice too, subtle yellow-egg noodle. Today, to save the trouble of getting back the change, I asked for $4. It is too dry, not possible to stir the noodle at all. The stall lacks consistency. Anyway, my twelve-year-old grandnephew often like this wanton mee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you enjoy wanton noodle, chances are that you are a repeat customer of this food establishment. I think there are probably more than 10 outlets across the island and they are also available on food delivery platforms. What I like most for this $3.50 plate (and also a bowl of soup with wanton) as shown is the noodle. It is the same consistency, thin and chewy noodle, no matter which outlet you go. So to me, they win hands down just on the noodle alone.
