Doctor is ok but the 2 receptionists are very terrible and awful with attitude, clinic looks like a ghetto. I will never return

Doctor Lim attitude is damn terrible and impatient! He laughed at me when I told him my problem. He is so unprofessional and ill-mannered! I will never return

Doctor's attitude is terrible and impatient. He even laughed when I told him my problem.it is hurt when you try to trust the person by telling him your problem, but what you get from him is laugh. There is no respect and really unprofessional.

Friends recommend this clinic, been here(Google) search and no confidence with the negative comment. But after my experience, the doctor is patience and explain very well, two assistant very friendly also.

Terrible experience. Doctor was not the most patient, rather short tempered and even told my mum that my bro 100% did not get dengue fever after the blood tests came back. My brother was suffering for days and even after repeated trips to the clinic they couldn’t give a proper dignosis. Receptionist extremely rude, my mum called to enquire about my brother who was nose bleeding and even vomiting blood, and guess what? She told her to come back tomorrow cos the doctor is not in today and hung up on her. Admitted my brother to the hospital, and the doctor said it was definitely dengue fever, and he’s at the last few stages of it already. How did the doctor at the clinic think it’s ok to invalidate whatever symptoms my brother had? Did a google search and realized it’s not the first time doctor did a wrong dignosis, will not go back again.

After consulting only gave me 1x foil panadols. Please la my bag also have panadol.

Sometimes I get the feeling I'm scolded for being sick, the doctor seems to judge me. And the staff is disorganized. One told me to wait outside while another just let a patient who arrived later go in and get registered, so I get to go after patients who arrived later and waste more time here.. Go if you can arrive super early so you don't have to worry about being missed, or if you are in the mood to be told off slightly by the doctor.

Note: went there on weekday night, clinic was not crowded, around 3 patients at that time. The moment I stepped into Dr Lim consultation room, I recalled telling myself during my last visit (>6 months ago) not to be back here. It was like I was there to just get all sorts of medicine for all the symptoms I described. Similar to the last time and this recent visit, he didn't give me the final diagnosis and sort of shoo me out of the room. This time, I were in there for less than 1 min. I told him I took my own temperature cos I felt it was rather warm, but just slightly below what will constitute a fever in pandemic stated.....and he didn't even take my temperature. (Reception took it when I register, but was not recorded and didn't tell me what's the temperature too). Didn't advise what I should be doing or watching out for. So, I thought it was probably me over reacting till I saw 6 different types of medicine. Next, the reception were rude, I saw them being impatient with an elderly patient before me and treated everyone else like they were plague. This is uncalled for, it should be a place that patients feel safe in.
