★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meals @ Allium have always been wonderful culinary experiences for my guests and myself - great service, quiet ambience with plenty of natural light, dedicated table service and of course, the fantastic selection of Japanese sake and excellent dishes from the heart by Chef Dillion and team. Highly recommended to book early as well as to go for every seasonal menus!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a customer of Chef Dillion for few years, and always had pleasant experience and in awe of his take on local cuisine. Chef Lulu always makes local desserts into something so refine that she spoils your taste buds... in a good way! So much so that Kaya never taste the same for me ever since I had hers.
Anyway just had our take away brunch menu! And some photos for the recent take away menu n some dine in photos that I can find!
As time are tough for our local F&B, we should not resort into fake reviews to sabotage businesses. It is EASY to identify the fake reviews in Alliums review page so do take note, utterly disgusted by such acts. ?
Anyway looking forward forward dine in again at Allium! Support local talents!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long overdue review for Allium. Finally had a chance to visit this cool place with a bunch of my buddies. To me, Allium is kind of like an asian omakase with the ever changing menus. Prices are market rates, quality is superb and service is impeccable.
The hallmark of great food is when you can tell the food is prepared from the heart, you know, the special effort to do a good job so it looks impressive and tastes great. This is where I would bring my business partners for lunch or dinner to impress.
PS: We were served by Au Yong, and we loved his sense of humour!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had dinner there some time back at Allium before the dine-in restrictions. Was greeted warmly by the staff when we arrived. Pleasant dining experience and the staff took time to explain each dish. We spoke to the chef and he was passionate about his cooking, brainstorming for new ideas and serving honest great food to the patrons. Brought my family back for lunch on a separate day and they enjoyed it too. Definitely going onto my repeat visit list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This small establishment is run by a lovely couple duo that puts out solid quality food. I've never once had a bad experience with them.
Despite that they had to pivot their business model to providing deliveries during the no dine in period, food was also still exceptional. One of the places where I would strongly recommend to anyone without any hesitation! ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been following Allium for a while on IG and was glad to have secure reservations for 3 persons.
The evening’s menu was interesting and we couldn’t pick a favourite dish since we love every course.
Is a 16-seater restaurant so the space can be a bit of a squeeze. Nevertheless, service was very friendly and prompt.
Chef’s creativeness in infusing the Asian spices was to me, quite adventurous. I was surprised I enjoy every course even though I am not big on spices such as cardamon, anise, cinnamon and so on. The flavours were subtle and ingredients were fresh. We truly enjoyed our evening at The Allium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is so good I’m here almost every 3 months when they change their menu!! Also, I’m constantly awed by the desserts. Interesting use of ingredients, texture and flavor pairings. They use quite a bit of seafood in their dishes and the price remains reasonable. Been to other small fine dining restaurants(not run by F&B groups) but nothing beat this!!
