The instructors were patient with me and took great care in monitoring my progress. I looked forward to our annual tournaments where we could showcase what we learned for the year. It was a lot of hard work, but in the end, i assure you, it is worth it.

If you are looking for senseless sparring matches and mindless yelling, this isn't the place for you. But if you're looking for a martial arts and fitness community that will make you an all around better human being, you won't find anywhere better!
