★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to try out some climbing shoes and the staff were super helpful!! They let you try any shoe, even giving their own suggestions and insight based on their climbing experience. They also made it clear there was no obligation to buy which is definitely the right way to sell climbing shoes since nothing is worse than a poor fitting shoe. Really had a good experience!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to try on some unparalled climbing shoes on Christmas eve. Staffs was super accommodating and waited for awhile even though they are only operating till 1pm. One of the best shoe fitting experience I ever had. Highly recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressed with the service at this place. Salesperson was patient and took out different harnesses for me to try, making sure the fit was correct. Also they have a rope for you to clip in and hang/sit so you can get a feel of how the harness feels on the wall.
Also impressed by the thought process in the shoe fitting. Salesperson listened to my previous (poor decision making) experience and helped to recommend a shoe while explaining why he did not select some others I had been interested in.
All in all worth the trek there although it is not easy to get to if you have no car. But if you want to spend your money well, worth the effort.
