β β β β β Went to Crank Factory @ Frontier to get my new climbing shoes. Iβm a relatively new climber and I had a budget in mind. The staff on duty, Julian, was super helpful in helping me find suitable beginner shoes while respecting the budget I had. Knowing that itβs my first purchase, he also shared the exchange/return policy just in case I didnβt feel comfortable with the shoes I purchased.
Predictably, I wasnβt comfortable with shoes I selected (air pockets) and went back on the second day to do an exchange. This time, Benjamin and a girl (didnβt manage to get your name, Iβm sorry!) patiently assisted me with finding an alternative model while managing 2 other customers during their lunch hour. Very impressed with the overall professional service here, great job!! ??? Plus, they have pretty good deals on their clearance shoes too!

Friendly staff (Mei Sze especially), wide range of your climbing requirements are met there and they give good discounts / sales all year round! For kids and young adults, they also have good quality stuff for you to kick start your climbing journey to becoming a pro! Indeed a recommended go to for any experienced or starting climbers

β β β β β Went there to buy harness and shoes. Took the entire allocated time to choose my climbing shoes, made a lot of requests and asked a lot of questions, yet the staffs there were so patient with me and eventually
helped find the perfect pair of shoes for me. Had a really great time there, the staffs were super friendly and amazingly nice. 100% would shop there again!

β β β β β I had a lot of fun shopping here, they have a lot of good prices given the quality of products they offer. The staff are also so friendly in helping me out as I'm still a beginner. Overall a great experience. Only down side would be the location being inaccessible by foot.

β β β β β Was pretty disappointed with my recent experience as I made a special trip there, and found out there was a very limited number of shoes on sale (partly due to the reno). Sales staff also did not appear competent and experienced in answering queries about the shoes. It is a huge difference from my first experience, where the sales staff was much friendlier and knowledgeable and able to provide the best info and recommendations.
Left the place without any purchases feeling extremely disappointed. I had previously highly recommended many friends to climb asia, but now I'll be thinking twice about it.
Please let customers know of the limited products you have at the moment due to your renovation.
