Wonderful and personalised eyebrow embroidery experience. The consultants are not pushy and they don't make you feel rushed. In fact, it feels like you are their only focus and they pay attention to you and your needs fully. I enjoyed the 2 hrs session there with the wonderful service. It is longer (but thorough) than I had expected though so do set aside enough time for the full experience. I like the fact that they made me feel that they genuinely want me to look as perfect as I wanted too. I will be sticking with them for any future eyebrow services!

Extremely unpleasant experience. I did not get name of the therapist, but I went in with a fave voucher for hydra facial. She tried to upgrade me to a more hydrating treatment which I declined. She went on with the original treatment which was •Pre-treatment consultation session •Double cleanse •Exfoliation •Steam •Light extraction •Cold ball •Face detox massage •Mask •Neck and shoulder massage •Aftercare application but missed several steps - double cleanse was only single, no exfoliation and no steam. She also offered eye brow cleaning, which was not part of the offer. Light extraction was carried out without steam which was extremely painful I had to stop her mid-treatment. She then went on to blame my “dry skin” as if to prove a point I should have upgraded my treatment. I confronted her about the treatments offered within the voucher and she gave some excuse about how she avoided steam because my skin is dry. Steam I believe is a standard step in a facial so I highly doubt this was forgotten. This was by far the worst facial experience I’ve ever gotten. Urge you not to go.

I was served by Belle and Eva. They were both very professional in their work and the process was very smooth. They clearly explained details of the process and pricing as well, price point wise i think it is pretty affordable as well. They swiftly did up the drawing of my eyebrows, and on the first try i was already satisfied with their work. Overall really pleasant service and value for money
