★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give less than 1 star I would. As other reviews said, I also experienced them charging prices willy nilly. Made the mistake or taking a package from them. Now I'm stuck w them. They also insist i have in grown hair and saying oh its because i pluck when I've religiously only been going to them for threading. Cheap sales tactics and poor staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the worst ever for eyebrows and upper lip wax. They keep changing their price upon their mood. And the staff is extremely rude. I told them that my skin is sensitive so please do it carefully and I came back home with burns and cuts. And the staff blamed it on me. Please never go here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in the intention to thread my eyebrow and given my first time experience, I clarified few things relating to it to the service staff. She was replying politely and was encouraging till another staff came and spoke in a language I couldn’t understand. Thereafter, the staff said they can’t do threading for you as it would hurt your skin. Just few minutes ago, she was encouraging me and a moment later, saying can’t. A lot of things for the entire team to reflect upon
1. If a customer is clarifying on your services, it is your duty to answer at your best ability and not to share ridiculous examples
2. Speak in a language that everyone could understand
3. Be respectful
There are other shops down the road charging lesser, respectful and kind to customers, compared to this shop. Will never visit again.
