★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the Levis brand but hated the service experience here. The staff is not interested in showing products, they just ignore the customers and keep chatting amongst themselves. I wish the management would train these staff members to be more customer friendly and less rude.

The lady was perfect in her role. Warm, welcoming and does her job well. Store seems limited with the series.

The staff very friendly and attentive .,They really go all the way to help me search my item which already out of the stock esp their name is Richie and Apple . Thanks to them I manage to get my item from other outlet . I will definitely come back to this store to buy again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in the shop browsing with my gal and the staff, Ritchie was so nice to recommend and advise on the membership and checking out the stock for me. Ending up, bought 2 pants, 2 jackets and a cap. Her customer service level were top notch. Great to be back again to patronise even though i stayed in the west ? keep up the enthusiasm, thanks Ritchie ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happened to past by this store and saw that there was a sale going on and decided to check it out and it was the best decision ever! The store is neat and organised and the outfits of the mannequin were very inspiring. Great visual merchandising!
But the best part were the staff. While browsing around, we saw and heard a staff who later served us at the cashier giving the best customer service to the patrons. Ritchie was sharing with the customers about the membership program and great deals and really went all out to serve them. She is an amazing sales person and was so sincere and her customer service is just fabulous!!! We had such a great time in the store. Thank you Ritchie for the great experience! Kudos to you :> Levi's is very lucky to have you!
