Overall the works done were of good quality and were satisfactory. The price quoted was one of the most reasonable and the time line for completion was about 10 weeks for move in with some minor works left that were done within a week. This was impressive and good compared to most other IDs during the tender phase. However some areas to be improved on were communication and updating on progress could have been better managed. I think due to many projects being handled at the same time, it could have contributed to some short comings during the renovations. Understandably, the pandemic has caused some impact on the industry resulting in some delays. But overall, we got to the end line and I’m appreciative of the efforts put in during some frustrating moments which we got past .

We are happy home owner that engaged Tab Gallery for our new house. Home renovation was smooth and stress-free. Regular updates from our ID Elson, whenever a jobscope is done. He is reliable, contactable and punctual during our meetings. After sales service is good as well. We have no complain regarding service, material and workmanship!

And what made us choose Wesley from tab gallery is the sense of assurance they gave me. At the planning stage, all our questions uncertainty was solved and answered professionally, and Wesley always go the extra mile to highlight and help us understand all those small details that are commonly neglected by first time owner. He provided guidance to us as we are unsure of the whole process of renovation. At the renovation stage, our overall feeling was that our house is in good hands. Due to work commitment, we are unable to keep go down to our house to monitor the progress of the renovation, but Wesley helped us by updating all the upcoming schedule as well as the progress with photos after each job task are done. Our bto renovation is handled by project manager Jessie and sales ID Gabriel, along with the chief coordinator Michael. Tab Gallery stood out from the first minute as a renovation firm that provided reassuring and sound advices, at competitive prices. Jessie was super on the ball, providing prompt updates throughout the weeks of renovation. We were updated on the progress without having to step inside during the initial phase of renovation. Hiccups during this period were readily presented to us and quickly resolved. Towards the end, they also granted us several requests, which they did not bill us for. We were not charged a cent more at the final bill. If you need a reliable firm that offers competitive pricing, a peace of mind when you have little time to manage your own project, this firm should definitely be a frontrunner on your list.

Our family was well served by Tommy. He is very patient and dependable. With his years of experience and networks, he was able to offer us sound advise and promptly deliver the project in a timely manner. Crystal is very helpful in giving us various suggestion in designing our flat based on our budget. She is very patient and responsive to all our queries during the whole progress of renovation. Hana who is assisting her is also updating us on the progress of renovation and coordinating all the various trades during the work. We are happy that our renovation went smoothly with the efforts given by them. We wish them all the best. Kudos.

Wesley and Wei Jun were very professional, make good recommendations and know their trade well as we do not have any clear image of what we want for our house. When it comes to the electric work, we told them what appliances we wanted to put in, and they would make the appropriate recommendation. Would keep us in the loop whenever there is a new update. Aftercare services to help us with the wiring as my parents do not know how to set up certain stuff even though it is not in their scope. Overall very professional and responsive. Definitely would recommend them.
