Amazing Services by the Barbers. Worth the wait!! Great Cut, Great Art and Skill. Anything Cheap and Good Must Wait. Have cut here before a few times. Standard is always the same. Great Job!

I've been visiting this barbershop and had no issues with their services but I am disappointed with how long I had to wait for my turn. I arrived at 11:30 am but there was someone having his haircut with 2 in waiting. After an hour or so of waiting, I decided to leave as I can't wait any longer. Someone that came after me also couldn't wait any longer and also left. I understand the policy of first come first serve but having only 1 barber on a weekend is not good. There should be measures in place like informing customers that they may have to wait more than 30 mins or have a queue system in place. Also, anyone who comes in to have a haircut and beard trimming should be allocated to appointments instead. The bulk of me and the person in front of me waiting for our turn was due to this person having both haircut and beard trimming. One barber with this person alone takes up more than 30 minutes. I'm not discounting their quality in cuts but things such as these do make or break a customer interest in a service. I'll be avoiding this barbershop for now until they have proper measures in place.
