★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience here. Ordered 3 cups of acai to be taken away but waited almost 30 minutes with only 3 other orders infront of us. Even after waiting 25 minutes, the order I received was wrong. Not only was service slow, the service staff were rude. As a frequent customer of An Acai Affair Katong, I think the service here is highly unideal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acai was left on the counter and by the time I came to collect the acai it was already soft and mushy. This is not the first time this has happened. Better care needs to be given to pick up orders. Staff was also very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. Was standing outside the shop for 10min, waited outside due to Safe distancing measures. Walked in eventually, after someone cut my queue. Confronted the team on the bad service, got a lecture from the lady at the counter instead. As much as I understand the team is busy, didn’t feel it was right for them to not acknowledge customers queuing outside the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there once in my school uniform with my friends and the staffs were making unnecessary remarks about being in school such as ‘imagine being in school haha’. I found that extremely offensive and disrespectful I hope in the future nothing like this will happen
