β β β β β Great variety and food is delivered daily to ensure optimum freshness. Despite getting a low carb meal, the meals still filled me up sufficiently well. Perhaps meal plans can be adjusted to be more flexible by having daily one meal plans instead of 2 daily meals each week.

β β β β β Was skeptical at first but was proven wrong. Food is decently delicious, has great variety and dutifully delivered to your doorstop daily. I enjoyed the surprise factor as well. Delivery service is great - one of the delivery men even helped fix a hook on my gate! Prices do feel steep but considering this is delivered daily (unlike some frozen meal plans) and the quality it offers, it is worth the investment, especially if you have a busy schedule and want to make healthier choices the easy way.
Like that the food packaging is biodegradable, but would also be great to see the option of returning/reducing paper bags ?

β β β β β Last week, I had no time to cook, so a meal from Nutrition Kitchen was an absolute lifesaver for me. The meal is Chef cooked and nutritional needs were taken care of with no compromise on taste...so yummy ?. Love that we can plan our meal.. So conveniently!!

β β β β β Due to busy and tight schedule from work is almost impossible to have my own meal prep. But after trying out nutrition kitchen, I realised it is so convenient and their food is really good. Most importantly is I don't have to wash my dishes again! ?

β β β β β Being one thatβs busy always and not eating my meals on time, Iβm finally having them delivered to my doorstep from @nutritionkitchen_sg and itβs just so convenient!
The meals are freshly prepared to suit my calorie intake, which helps me hit my fitness goals quicker! Whatβs best is that theyβre delicious, convenient (1 min heat up) and you wonβt get tired eating the same thing all the time.

β β β β β Iβve tried a few other meal plan delivery services and this is most definitely my favourite by far! Every meal is healthy and well balanced delivered fresh every day so my veggies are always fresh to eat ? i love the variety of meals offered, every day is always another surprise - of course you can view the meals selected beforehand but I order the monthly plan so I forget what meals I will be getting in the weeks to follow. Saves me so much time and money with my busy schedule, an excellent service ??

β β β β β The meal kits are such life savours. They are easy to prepare them - just throw them into the microwave for 3 minutes and youβll have hot piping food. You donβt even need a plate because their box is microwave friendly. On top of that, flavours are not being compromised. For busy moms like me, these ready-to-eat meal kits have saved me so much time on meal planning, now my family and I can have nutritional food with a click of a button.
