They patiently showed me some of my favorite selections on the spot which we communicated 2 hours ago in Whatapps. They also recommended me which is the best picks for my loved ones. Their customer service on WhatsApp was super responsive, and helped arrange for a quick delivery time for a beautiful set of preserved flowers and a nice printed photo and message, all in a 1 day turnaround. My partner loved it, and the preserved flowers are a beautiful nice bunch. I didn't get to see the flowers in person as I live overseas, but my partner was quite happy with the quality of it :) I paid a high price on Valentine's day but it was worth it!

I am so glad that they do same day delivery and thankfully they reply almost instantly! They did a beautiful job in delivering the huge bouquet in such a short notice! I ordered a bloom box from them for my mom’s bday and did a last minute changes to the address, they immediately change it for me. Excellent customer service! They have the option for specific delivery time-slot and Omakase selection, it really helps in the gifting process! Don’t have to crack my head and think of what to give. I ordered a preserved flower to add little deco at home, again I was spoilt for choice with the selections they have. Love their style of floral arrangement and definitely will order from them again!
