We requested quotations from 4 IDs before we decided to work with Posh Home. Reasons that we chose Posh Home because we felt that Paisley is an ID that we can rely on, and the price quoted was also reasonable. As we are first-timers for renovation, we are not sure what we want except that we want to keep it simple, warm, and with lots of storage space. Paisley is patient and guides us through step by step. Since we are not sure, she suggested we tell her what we don't like instead. She also asked us to send her designs we like. And yes, we are happy with the first 3D, especially the room for our two boys. We were in love with it the first time we saw it. Though we requested fine-tuning along the way, Paisley is patient and answers every question in detail. Thus, we are very comfortable letting her know our view too. Once the 3D was confirmed, we started shopping for kitchen and bathroom accessories, lighting, and furniture. She recommended us her supplier and also let us know what type (in terms of design, measurement, colour) we should look for to match the concept. The suppliers she recommended can advise us on what to get based on the 3D drawing. They are very friendly and professional. At the stage of the detailed drawing, Paisley noted all our requests and tried to accommodate them. For instance, initially, we wanted to put a microwave on the countertop. However, to keep the countertop clean, we asked Paisley to allocate a space in the kitchen cabinet. She was able to adjust the opening and give a space for it! Paisley also did good planning for us. For example, as we hack down a wall for an open kitchen, we have less room for a power socket. She then proposed to purchase a power dock and hide it in one of the upper kitchen cabinets. Once the renovation works started, she kept us in the loop every step of the way. Finally, when the renovation was finished, we realized that there was not much space between the vanity table and toilet bowl to put our toilet paper roll. My husband and I had different ideas of where to put the toilet paper roll. But Paisley was quick to think out of the box and propose a solution. And we are happy with where the toilet paper is landed now. I also consulted Paisley for ideas for our kids' room. As always, she gave valuable insights and even searched for suitable items (from Taobao) and sent the links to me. All in all, we are delighted with our new home. From our first meet with Charles, we connected really well and he was helpful in incorporating certain "uncommon" ideas we had into an otherwise common HDB floor plan. He was quick to respond and sincere, and we felt comfortable entrusting our first home in the good hands of Charles. From our pre-pandemic signing to renovating during the pandemic, Charles honoured contract details despite difficulties in procuring manpower and materials. As first-time owners, we were also back and forth with our decisions as we weighed costs and benefits, but Charles was patient in the multiple times we amended our contract. I think the most stellar of all was the workmanship - friends and family that visited said that workmanship was great, particularly for our wardrobe and cabinets. Post-renovation, we had virtually no major issues with regards to the hardware, and even with smaller problems like touching up of paint, Charles helped us to resolve these even though we were aware of a shortage of workers. There was a slight delay to the timeline because of the pandemic, but we experienced Charles' sincerity in getting things completed on time and we are confident he tried his best. All-in-all, we could not have picked a better designer for ourselves, and will continue to support Charles in the future.

My husband and I wanted a Modern Luxury themed home with elements such as bar counter, bathtub and walk-in wardobe. After comparing 5 different quotes from 5 different IDs , we decided to go with Paisley from POSH home as we like the 3D design by Paisley and she was very patient and attentive to our requests. What I like about working with Paisley is that she is always open to discuss about our requirements and explore ways to bring them to fulfillments. She would also share her view points if certain ideas are not so feasible. The down side will be that the renovation period was much longer than expected, partly due to the covid situation and lack of manpower. The whole renovation took about 5 months from Dec 2020 to May 2021. There were some hiccups here and there which affects the overall renovation experience such as inaccurate details/ measurements provided and delayed timeline within the planned scheduled. On the whole, we are happy with how the house turned out to be, a modern lux home which feels like staycation everyday!

POSH HOME RENO IN PARRY TERRACE The reno to extend our balconies and our rooms became the favourite subject of our relatives, neighbours n friends. Its something refreshing and the ideas are creative. Love it. Renton has his clients in mind when he took on the job, helping us save costs whenever possible and he does not push his recommendations and will flow with the comments of his clients. He is mild in nature, not aggressive. A good designer.

We had a total of 5 companies contacting us upon submitting our request via Qanvast but first impressions goes a long way. Unlike most designers whom were not flexible with the meeting schedule and gave us a date and time instead, Charles made the approach respectfully, always taking our personal commitments in place even when setting up meetings. We had 2 prior meetings before eventually signing up with Posh Home. Right from the start, there were no hard selling on any ideas or products. We simply gave him our budget and our theme which he tried his best to adhere to and delivered. As this was not our first home renovation, we were prepared for additional fixtures and material costs, and Charles made sure we were able to spend on these efficiently through his recommendations. He takes in our views seriously and is very practical with designs. He has an eye for key details which is important for a good interior designer. One of notable strength of Posh Home and we gave utmost credit to especially Charles was the handling of the renovation period from start till end. We signed our contract right before Circuit Breaker and immediately after it was lifted, Charles was able to sort out paperwork, approval and whatnot within the stipulated time frame. He pulled off the entire coordination of a full makeover of an EM within 7 weeks, making sure we were updated at every key stage. The thoroughness of his details are reflected greatly in the quality of work delivered. After sales service has been great as Charles maintains an open communication channel on any rectification and touch up works needed. A gem in the home interior design industry!

When it comes to design choices, she listens to us but also makes recommendations and explains the advantages and disadvantages. For our furniture and electrical purchases, she walked us through the process so that we didn't lose time. In the end, it was simple for us and we moved into our house one day ahead of schedule. Just completed a major renovation of a 30+ year old HDB with Miki Shi. She is professional and offers great design ideas from the onset on space utilization and design. She listens and caters to our unique needs and wants, and offers refreshing ideas on how to optimize our space with a good flow. She also guides us on design and colors and although we were initially hesitant on the color choices and palette, it all turned out very nicely eventually! Given it is an old development and odd shaped unit, there were many challenges in the renovation journey. Miki was able to offer alternative solutions and workarounds throughout. Miki also keeps close tabs on the project status, and often goes on site to check and also keeps us updated with pictures and videos. As with any renovation project, some hiccups were expected but Miki managed to turnaround any situation and resolve any issues promptly which was much appreciated! Highly recommend this ID firm, which also offers 5 year warranty on the workmanship, which is rather high by industry standards - so we can have a peace of mind.

Throughout the renovation journey, Robin was very helpful, responsive and patient in guiding us through every stage of the journey. He maintains a tight ship and has great control over every renovation work, requiring little worrying on our part. When there are issues, Robin proactively sounds them off and provides recommendation that are practical and cost saving. Robin helped us stick to our budget, and ensured that the work was completed on time despite COVID restrictions with material and labour shortages.
