From Jurong Lake Gardens, Pandan Reservoir, then Boat Quay and arrived at Cavenagh Bridge, overlooking at the Anderson Bridge which is a stone throw away. This marks my 32nd half marathon in 2021.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anderson Bridge was built under oversight of Municipal Engineer Robert Peirce with the intention to replace the overloaded Cavenagh Bridge as the link between the government administrative area in the Civic District on the northern bank and the Commercial District (now Raffles Place) on the southern bank of the Singapore River.
It's a very beautiful bridge at night. You can enjoy the breeze at night along the Singapore River.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Architectural beauty in Esplanade area.. Can leisurely walk around n relax. Mind u its damn hot after 11Am because of wide open spaces.. Carry water bottles in back pack if u r planning to walk around these areas. But its really beautiful, similar to London.. Britishers build this during their period. Well maintained even now..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fullerton Hotel and Anderson Bridge is a very old hotel and bridge. It a fantastic place for night portrait photography at around 1800hrs- 1930hrs. Remember to bring your flash light along. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the view around this historical bridge. Do prepare your shades, hat and sunblock. Gets really hot by 11am. I get 2 shades darker just for walking outdoor for an hour despite applying sunblock with SPF 50+++ all over exposed areas.
