Service was lazy. No care or attention was given to what they were actually doing to your nails. It was clearly about getting customers in and out as quickly as possible. Wouldn’t recommend this nail salon at all. Horrible experience and a waste of money.

This establishment is nothing but a joke. The staff attrition is ridiculous, with each Vietnamese staff literally working only 2 weeks before they are somehow “away” on sabbatical. Further to that, having renewed my package with the establishment for the third time already (I was sincerely impressed with the way the staff did the nails previously), the quality has just been deteriorating since. The last straw came when they assigned some Vietnamese girl to do my ingrowth nail, and confidently said that she has “done it before”, only for her to struggle with extracting the dislodged pieces of nail and saying to me “oh this is only my 2nd time doing”. A classic case of doing business in bad faith. Apart from that, the basins are now often stained, filled with hair and the staff do not even bother to sterilise the metal nail clippers even after they have used it on a previous customer. They have also conveniently skipped the part of filling the nails and simply jumping straight to removing the dead skin. Likewise, it is ironic because I have been with this establishment for so many years and yet am treated as though I am any run-of-the-mill customer. Lastly, with staff that claim to be “experienced”, I attended at their offices today for a mani-pedi today, and instead of first removing the varnish to cut my nails, the staff simply ignored the varnish and proceeded to buff my nails (without cutting them, mind you) until another staff reminded them that they have yet to cut the nails. Service is disappointing, staff treats you as though you owe them money. Definitely not worth signing a package for.

Service was poor. Just got my nails done and their horrible. They apply too much nail polish and the quality is really bad. Never going there again! I expect a refund!!!!

Staff provide good customer service, thank you! extremely pleased with my beautiful nails now. Good price. I will bring my family member and friends to this place soon.?

Save yourself some time and energy and never go to this horrid place. Clearly asked if someone can remove ingrown nails and person inside said she'll check and conveniently said Yes. As a first timer in their so called "salon", but have not been new as to how pedicures/manicures, they are a COMPLETE fraud by doing a lousy job on your nail, claiming their staff has a "certificate" and even having the balls to charge $10 more since removing ingrown is "hard to do" - when in fact, it's part of their job and is expected for them to do. They can even argue with you inside their salon, with other customers, mind you. Vietnamese girls attempting to argue in broken English - which makes you just laugh and really, go your way. Just DONT go to this terrible place.
