β β β β β Angliss was expected to do a delivery of some frozen products I had ordered. They failed to make the delivery as they ran out of stock, and then gave me the option to request a refund.
Despite multiple follow-ups for the refund (over a period of 1 month) , the team at Angliss has continually failed to make the refund.
The service from Angliss is very disappointing indeed - I would like to caution people from purchasing anything from Angliss.

β β β β β Got to know Angliss Singapore Pte Ltd thru their Angliss Market Place Facebook Live since last year September. Glad that I have found this platform which I can have restaurant grade food at an affordable price during this Covid situation.
Do patronise them as their food supply are of good qualities and wide varieties. And they do have good bundle deals on their FB live too! Also not forgetting their friendly and helpful admin team are of good service which made my shopping experience a pleasant one!

β β β β β Started ordering from Angliss Marketplace since their 1st FB live, has never stop ever since. Love their wide variety of food choices, from good beef, desserts, Japanese, Korean cuisine to ready meals, making my food prep so much easily. Food is good and price is reasonable.

β β β β β Terrible customer service. I bought 2 pencai. Each is $218! Yesterday I wanted to have my 2nd one and when I unwrapped- this is what I found! Messaged Angliss, no reply for quite a while. When they replied, it was that it is their policy that they can only do exchanges. Angliss expected me to keep the pot and food even though I canβt consume? And now they only offer me $30 voucher. Please be careful and check your delivery. Must inspect even though it is bubble-wrapped. Ruined my dinner plans and mood.
