β β β β β Such a nice Condo. Downsides are it is not a walkable distance to MRT Station and 5-10 minutes to the nearest Bus Stop. If you want to go to Clementi MRT, they have a shuttle bus, must check the schedule though.

β β β β β A great living apartments. Serviced with a free ac bus with Clementi at regular timings for the residents. Well maintained garden and fountain etc . 7 towers each of 12 floors. Totally about 300 dwelling units.

β β β β β I think this is an amazing condo... There are tennis courts, swimming pools, gym facilities.. Quite a big development for many units! I just checked rental prices for this condominium and it is not bad ? it is a really good place to check out. Thank you Monterey Park ??

Best place i lived, tennis courts. different swimming pools with a slide for kids, jacuzzi, gym, function room
transport: shuttle bus to Ayer raja and Clementi mall/ MRT
the guards are friendly, a lot of space to play

β β β β β Very residential and our unit has a nice open view that is unblocked. Feeder bus service is right at door step to bring us to Clementi, which is very convenient.
Common room sizes are spacious to put queen-sized bed. Good variety of amenities.

β β β β β 280 units with 5 pools, a tennis court, basement car park, children's playground and shuttle bus to Clementi MRT. 5mins away from Jurong Town Hall by car and within 1km to 3 primary schools.
