Excellent location in the CBD area for a nice evening to spend with friends or for official meetings. Great choice of food and nice & courteous staffs who takes care of you. We were served by Muthu who was very kind and experienced person who also spoke in my mother tongue Kannada.

Listed on Singapore Michelin Bib Gourmand since 2019, this is where the first Anglo Indian Cafe & Bar opened. Their idea of Anglo Indian was how curries were redeveloped for British palates like Butter Chicken and tikkas. I tried the briyani chicken and thought the presentation under a naan covered pot was well designed. The briyani was good, the chicken could have been more tender but overall experience was good. However, don’t think it warrants consecutive year listings on Michelin Bib Gourmand. The beers are cheap at $7.00++ for a great German Paulaner lager.

Omg, what a hidden gem. We so regret that we didn't know about this place earlier. Super yummy food and a great beer promotion. Very friendly staff as well. A pleasure to come back.

Really good Indian food that's rather overpriced, though well worth it after eatigo's 50% off discount. In order as pictured: - Balti paneer: the paneer tastes the same as what I had in India. The curry is spicy as in flavourful, but not spicy as in hot. Still, very tasty. - Chicken tikka masala: a well-deserving signature dish and a must-order. - Cheese naan (left) and garlic naan (right): served hot and crispy. I really enjoyed the cheese naan, the amount of cheese is just right. Felt they could have put more garlic for the garlic naan though. - Tandoori chicken: not bad, but overshadowed by the strong tastes of the curry. - Mango lassi (left) and Masala tea (right): finally a restaurant that doesn't serve overly sweet lassi! I also really liked that they served the masala tea with the sugar syrup on the side, so you can add to your taste. We had this for lunch (2 pax) and I was full enough that I frankly didn't need any dinner. Will be back to try their briyani.

I always LOVE the food and vibe at Anglo Indian cafe and bar. The mutton biryani is a MUST TRY, along with a chilled pint of Paulaner! If you’re looking for amazing authentic finger licking North Indian food in Singapore, THIS is the place to go! I must have visited this restaurant more than 50 times, not even kidding! My usual order here is: Mutton and Chicken Biryani, Seekh Kebabs, Dal Bukhara, Butter chicken or Mutton Rogan Josh and basket of crispy Indian breads such as Butter Garlic Naan, Plain naan and Tandoori Roti. I have YET to be disappointed either with the food or the service! Whether you live in Sg or are visiting, Anglo Indian restaurant at Shenton or chijmes should be a MUST visit on your agenda!

Established in January 2011, Anglo Indian Cafe & Bar is a modern gastropub and curry house, known for their casual and relaxing ambience, delicious North Indian and British English food, and affable service. Offering vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and gluten-free options, Anglo Indian Cafe & Bar is well-regarded. . Ambience at Anglo Indian Cafe & Bar is casual and relaxing. While they do have comfortable modern furniture indoors, most diners opt to sit outdoors al-fresco, where the wide rattan chairs and sturdy tables are air-cooled, lit by both natural light and lamps. . Service at Anglo Indian Cafe & Bar is friendly and attentive. Staff demonstrate clear product knowledge, introducing dishes when serving, and fielding queries well. They clean up quickly when diners leave, but also proactively offer to clear finished plates throughout the meal. . Food at Anglo Indian Cafe & Bar is primarily North Indian cuisine, with a few British English dishes. The kitchen team utilises a good variety of spices and cooking techniques, from roasting to stewing, serving hearty and delicious curries that satisfy. Portions are designed for sharing and communal dining. Prices have a slight premium, budget about SGD $35 per person.

Headed to One Shenton Way to try out Anglo Indian Cafe & Bar. One of the recipients of this year's Michelin Bib Gourmand Singapore Award, they have a promotion with the EATIGO app for reservation between 4pm and 6:30pm where one gets 50% off for all food items on the menu. They have 2 other outlets elsewhere in Singapore but it is the outlet at Shenton Way that won the award. Taking into consideration the reviews online, the menu for the evening was for Masala Tea, Samosa, Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Dum Briyani and Naan, of which the Garlic version was chosen. The food was really delicious and the meal was well paced. The Garlic Naan paired really well with the Chicken Tikka Masala as well. This restaurant is definitely worthy of the award and of a return visit. The only negative though is that the indoor air-conditioned area will get one smelling like one have been through a BBQ grill meal, while the outdoor seating depends extensively on outdoor chiller fans to cool the customers, so if it gets too humid, it can affect the visit. If not for the EATIGO promo, I would not have given this place 5 stars as the prices are a little steep for most of us normals but perfectly fine for them bankers and high net worth people. General Verdict: Wonderful Indian Food with an excellent discount offer on weekdays with EATIGO for Dine In Reservation seating after 4pm and by 6:30pm Opening Hours: Daily 11am-10pm Price: SG$20-$30 per pax after EATIGO promo Payment Mode: Cash and all Major Credit Cards (Physical and Paywave) Is this worth a try? Yes. Is it worth making a trip just to try it? Yes. Is this worthy of the Michelin Bib Gourmand Singapore Award? Yes. Items Ordered: 1) Item: Masala Tea - Served warm, available Iced as well Description: A nice spicy tea to warm the body and goes well with the meal Verdict: Good, Can Order Price: SG$5++ 2) Item: Samosa - Served with Tamarind sauce and Mint with Yogurt Sauce Description: Tastes really good on its own but even better with the sauces Verdict: Very Good, Must Order Price: SG$8++ 3) Item: Garlic Naan Description: Great on its own and pairs really well with the Chicken Tikka Masala Verdict: Very Good, Must Order Price: SG$4.50++ 4) Item: Chicken Tikka Masala - Created in UK and well received around the world Description: Really yummy with a kick of spice and the chicken are juicy Verdict: Very Good, Must Order Price: SG$18++ 5) Item: Chicken Dum Briyani - Served with a naan skin cover and sauce on the side Description: Really fragrant rice that is moist and tastes really good. With the sauce served on the side, one can even adjust to flavour. Verdict: Very Good, Must Order Price: SG$18++
