The owner of Animal Arts Academy Kingsly Tan has personally affirmed with me that they do not ask about the petsβ medical history before they accept your appointment. They really have big RISK MANAGEMENT issue!!! I canβt imagine how many pets were groomed here without their medical and allergy history unknown if asking for it is not in the SOP of appointment setting.
My vet clinic has shared with me that Iβm not the only one complaining about this place. Others also provided feedback such as a healthy dog coming back from grooming with ear yeast infection.
The staff and the owner are rude. I think they might be too rich to need any business at all.
This is the first time Iβm writing a negative comment. Hope it saves lives.
