★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was great! Service was excellent!! Its difficult for the staff to maintain postive work attitude after long hours of work and even bad experience from rowdy and rude customers, so that is very understandable. Cleanliness expectations of the Café was met. 10/10 would go there again if future collabs interest me. Certainly improved in standards since Nov 2019 when the first collab ever started.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place for anime fans to gather . They have presentable tables for both dinning and drawing. Services from staff are wonderful , they nice and friendly. Aniplus cafe has some best drinks for a hot afternoon .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ happily went at 625 pm, (the many staff that locked eyes with us standing outside in the queue line did not even bother to acknowledge us or usher us inside btw despite the signage stating for us to wait to be seated, we eventually gave up and just went in without permission for someone to finally acknowledge our presence) ordered the colossal burger, waited for 1hr 15 minutes till 740pm like a fool just for them to say they forgot to make our food bc they forgot to pass the receipt to the kitchen ? how does that even happen - you saw us sitting at the table for at least 45 minutes empty handed with finished drinks and did not even bother to enquire??!!! this place is a hard pass... drinks are arguably bad too, just badly made sugary sweet syrup priced at $7.90 each. we had places to go and this cafe just disrupted our plans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience. Staff Tia says at 6:24 pm that since we have no reservations can’t do takeaway… Staff Finnon says kitchen is closed so can’t do take away!!
They then say they have more people coming at 6:30 and so they cannot accommodate only 3 of us!! Time now 6:35 but still so many empty space….
There is serious lapse in the way this place functions…. Super disappointed. Drove all the way from Tampines and this is the treatment…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The atmosphere there is pretty good. Food looks similar to the game and menu. The milkshake is the best (for my opinion). The slime taste ok ok, its like jelly but slightly harder. The sandwich is the worst out of all, the taste of the bread is dry and the meat given is pretty less. There is also some mistake made in between for the food ordered but nevermind overall still ok. Good to visit for the feel but if you want just good food, maybe need to consider a bit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for the mini exhibition of AOT and other anime related stuffs. Food was terrible due to kitchem being understaffed. Uncooked onions, scramble eggs were burnt, i had to sent them back to the kitchen. As such, waited for about 20 mins for my food to come.
