★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came down at 6.45pm , their operating hour start at 6.30pm and surprisingly I'm already on the no. 17 queue. And what shocked me most I waited almost 2hours later then my Son able to see the doctor. Is suppose to be faster to see private clinic as compare to KKH children hospital but I'm wrong. This clinic operate system is slow and rediculously Long waiting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The registration counter closed 45 min prior to the clinic closing time, the nurses claimed they already have enough patients, need the close the registeration earlier. Wasted our time to travel far away to the clinic. If i know earlier that the nurses n doc are lack of empathy, i wont waste my time visit the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My VERY LAST VISIT to this doctor already.EVERYTIME i wrote a bad review about a clinic is NEVER about the doctor. The only reason im coming here is to see the doctor because the doc is good. BUT WHY???WHYYY DOES THE NURSES ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS BRING DOWN the reputation of the clinic. SERIOUSLY!! DOCTORS should hire and MORE PROFESSIONAL nurses in the future before establishing a clinic. Registered at 6.32pm but up till 7.28pm havent see. So ask the the nurse when will my son be next. Told me its going to be long. Then ask another 10 mins later say "wait wsit". OI! WHERE IS YOUR sense of
priority??

Swift and decisive, tries to save us cost when applicable.
My son fell asleep right after the nasal suction. On his way to recovery now.
Dr Anne works in the morning shift. LOCUM doctor in the evening.
Only accept walk-in no reservations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is experianced but i felt that she is clueless on what she is doing. Consulation is high and doesn't give proper receipt in this modern age. I had to ask for breakdown of charges which should be given by default in invoice. They asked to provide urine sample for my child and we went with sample. For this also they charged consultation fees. This was my first and last visit to this clinic for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Anne is my number one choice PD for my twins, been here since the first few months they were born up till now, be it just a flu or when they had diarrhoea, she always manage to make them better.
Dr Anne is swift, fast and knows what she is doing. She just go straight to the point and give me pointers on how to manage the symptoms.
Counter aunty nurses are all so friendly.
