Decided to leave a review after reading some 1 star comments which sound rather questionable hah. My brothers and I have been here before as kids, and now I am already a mother to 1. My parents and neighbours have also always mentioned how good Dr Chuang is. I recently brought my son here for his drool rash, and I was given a steroid cream which worked pretty well. Doctor mentioned it’s ok if he happens to touch his face after application and puts his fingers into his mouth, cuz truth be told it might be a cause of concern, but since she mentioned it’s fine, I can be assured since she’s the PD. Also, I don’t understand why people are complaining the consultation is expensive. It’s not a regular GP leh, it’s a paediatrician clinic, essentially a child specialist. Obviously it would cost more LOL. Lastly, the wait can sometimes be long, it depends. I waited for about less than 30mins in the afternoon, but even if I have to wait a tad longer, I’ll wait cuz at the end of the day I just want my child to get the right help and cure. If I can’t wait, i’ll go straight to a private hospital and pay more. It’s not that hard, neither is it rocket science, unless you’re a cheapo and self-entitled af.

My son D has been seeing Dr Chuang since birth and it is recommended by my friend. The most important skill in a doctor is her ability to diagnose accurately and advice on home care. Her diagnosis is always spot on, she doesn't prescribe antibiotics unnecessarily and her home care advice will put any anxious mother to ease. She will tell me exactly when to bring the baby back and when to admit to AnE. My boy always gets better. We have moved from the west to the east and I don't know which PD to go to now. I am even tempted to drive 38min back to see her because I trust her that much. You can use ehealth Assist app to book a queue number. She speaks softly but the advice is spot on.

She is a very detail oriented doctor and gives a proper advice on treatment management. her medication given for my 2 kids pass sickness worked well I notice a few complaints of her being expensive, i think my usual consultation is $90-100 as it depends on your length of consultation. She is a PD not a GP haha Queuing is long sometimes because she is good hahah. Good things must wait.

Dr Chuang is a soft spoken and patient Ped. She’s upfront and helpful, and spends time to explain any concerns you may have. Though you may have to strain to hear her at times, it doesn’t mean she’s not good. I always bring both my kids to her for consultation. I’m happy that she doesn’t exaggerate conditions to add anxiety and prescribe medicines unnecessarily. But, if you are really concerned, you can keep asking questions and she will clarify them all. Will highly recommend Dr Chuang! We usually go on a weekday morning. Most times, no wait!

The consultation fee $150. It's quite expensive. Not sure it because in sunday rate? yet, it take me from 9.30am waited until 12.45pm. Take about 2 hour +. The doctor speak very soft and couldn't hear what she said. But overall experience, the doctor is nice and willing to speak again when we do not get it.

Went to see Dr Chung today. As mentioned by other reviews, soft-spoken. I was especially concerned when she told me that the steroid cream dermasone is edible. Shall not comment further on her quality as today is the first visit. Was utterly disappointed with the patient management by the receptionists. They allowed a lady and child to enter and register themselves via the back door. The receptionist also gave a ridiculous reason saying that the lady was carrying a child. Well, mind you, so was my wife and when she arrived, the lady with the child was not there and my wife proceeded to join the queue at the main entry. If there’s a queue outside, it’s your job to direct patients who unknowingly enter the backdoor of your clinic to queue outside at the main entry. Why was concessions made for this lady and child? Anyway, this would likely be my last visit to this clinic.

We registered at 9am (clinic opens at 9am) and got our queue number upon registration. The average patient waiting time is around 15 minutes PER PATIENT (I did time this). So we get to see the doctor at around 10:30am despite being the first few people. The doctor is very soft spoken, gentle & did the usual checks on our baby. Consultation fee only is expensive ($80+) but so far the medicine works on our baby. Can use CDA for payment.

Dont come if you have other choice alternative place.... VERY EXPENSİVE ONLY DOCTOR CONSOLATİON $120, ART TEST $50,, Waited close to 2hrs for 15people front of me. Never give queue on phone call. You must come and take queue
