If you would like a sure way to spoil your day, please feel free to visit this shop and their sister shop called 'Frida'. Absolutely disgusted by the attitudes of the staff. They have a pompous and 'better than thou' air about them. Hostile and unfriendly are words synonymous to 'Another One' and 'Frida'. When entering, you'll be 'greeted' by stares and pugnacious 'What do you want'-like questions. Also, their website shown on one of their displays, which seemed to suggest that the brand originated from Hong Kong, is non-existent at the time of writing. If you're reading this after visiting their shop, do not be disheartened by the horrendous attitudes of the staff; you are not alone.

Worse service and exorbitant price considering its from $150 to over $300 ! My wife took some pieces to try at Anther One Novena outlet and the sales person was following her around and even said to be careful when handling the clothes. My wife asked her what she meant and she said she may spoil the clothes!! Why do they have a fitting room then ??? Both Another One and Frida which is located side by side is affiliated and have such pushy hard sell service. Better off buy online !

I don’t think they even deserve a 1-star. Called them up to check on the stock as I was told to wait for the call (it has been a week plus) and collect from another outlet instead as there were no stocks on the Clementi outlet. The moment I called and mentioned “I bought from Clementi outlet and.....”, the person said wrong number. I have not finished my sentence. I verified if it’s “Another One”, she just said “ya, but we are velocity one”. If they don’t wish to do business, just close down. They seem so reluctant to work there. Why work then?

Bought 3 Dresses for my Bff wedding dinner during my lunch break, staff is friendly and helpful. Price point from 59.90, material is good. I forget to ask the staff name, thank you for your help. Cheers.

Worst service I’ve ever received!! Went to the outlet at north point around 7pm on 22nd June. Tried on a few pieces in search of a nice outfit. Wanted to buy 2 of them but wanted to walk around to consider. Shop assistant asked what’s the problem when I said I didn’t want any of them, and she let it a tsk, rolled her eyes and grabbed the dresses away from me. Now the dresses are definitely out of my consideration! Think twice before you consider purchase from them I guess :-)

It is really a disastrous shopping experience in my entire life. I went with my mom to do some CNY shopping. My mom was looking at the clothes, and we were talking in Chinese. We were discussing about which design would fit my mom, and I had selected a few and I want to let my mom try. There was a junior sales lady following us, she was introducing the clothes. And THEN, she was instructed by the senior sales lady, who was standing behind the cashier, to show us the price of the clothes first. The senior sales lady talked quietly and used gestures, she thought we wouldn't notice BUT I SAW EVERYTHING!!! After that, the junior sales lady stopped her introduction right away, and just said, "Oh, this one is three hundreds plus!!" And this price scared my mom a bit because you know moms always do not like high priced goods, but so what?! I AM THE ONE WHO IS GOING TO PAY THE BILL! Are you implying that "ohh, because I think you two will not have a chance to afford the clothes and you are talking in Chinese, so you are not even deserved to try our clothes. We will not waste our time in serving you, anyway you guys will not buy it"? Come on, this is 21st Century! Why are we still in the era of judging customers from their appearance/looking/accent? Such discrimination attitude really disgusted me and I left the shop straight way. Oh, and by the way, in case the sales person will ever look at the comments. Just to let you know, I have spent 700+ in the other two shops beside your shop. I will NEVER spend any single cent in your shop. NEVER.

I've been shopping at Another One for years. With quality and timeless clothes, friendly and honest staff who have an eye for recommending the right clothes for me, and a pleasant ambience, shopping there is a great experience. I know this sounds corny but Another One is truly the only one for me ?
