★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard selling auntie manager who gave a face when I rejected to buy the package. Did lash extension and was told it would last 7 weeks. Goodness, 3 lashes dropped the first day, 50% gone in 1 week and basically all gone in less than 2 weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Body Massage package because of hard sell promotion and to support the 'ok' service of therapist a couple of weeks ago.
Now fixed appointment cancelled and worst cannot contact the outlet, phone not answered or engaged!
New management took over and its still a cheating service provided.
Do not patronize this business, now I do not know how to claim back my trust and money... :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought facial packages in January 2020 and the salon closed down but supposedly claimed to relocate to Toa Payoh branch which is actually not related because after using their 3rd services with Apple Skin Care, they tried to Hardwell me with packages that are ridiculously price. If I don’t sign with them then rest of the sessions that I had with Kira will not be valid. I’m going to bring this matter to Small Claims Tribunal. Hope Ex-Kira’s customers are compensated.
