This time, she went the extra mile by sending me some blouses and dresses to my workplace for me to try because I have a ROS voucher I could use. Always so unassuming and helpful when it comes to feedback on how I look in her clothes. She does not appear ‘pushy’ in trying to sell you the clothes and I really appreciate her attention to details and her wonderful service.

I know I can always get impeccable service from Susan and Gina, personality and body shape fitting clothes from the store. The cutting of the clothes fits me perfectly. Susan and Gina ( Novena Velocity ) manning the store was friendly and offered to help us after noticing that we will unsure of what to buy. Susan took the time to find out what we needed and what my preferences were, and then she walked me through the different design dress they had. She then hand-picked a few dress that best fit the shape for my friend and me, and even brought out different design dress so we could easily compare different designs. It was a great experience and we appreciated the employee’s sincere effort and excellent service.
