★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite being a little crowded during peak hours, this newly opened gym has more than enough equipment to train with.
Most equipment here are new, be it the weight plates or machines. The areas for calisthenics/warm-ups, machines and free weights are all clearly demarcated. (Social distancing measures are also taken into consideration.)
There's a comfy area to deposit your bags into pigeonholes or lockers (p.s. bring your own lock!), and several toilets and showering stalls opposite this area.
If you're in need of help, there is an amicable team of staff here ready to help you with your workout queries - don't be shy!
This gym is located right beside the supermarket Giant, making it convenient to purchase any foods you desire after a great workout. Be sure to ask the staff for nutrition tips to maximise your recovery!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my card replaced and the gym couldn't deduct the fees for obvious reasons. The FIRST message from the gym was to notify me of the failed transaction and stated that I have to make payment within 6 days or DOUBLE late fee will be charged (take note they already implied that the late fee is charged).
I went down to the gym to update my new card and was told that they are unable to waive the late fee because the late payment is charged by EZPAY, presumably their payment gateway/vendor. No reasonable grace given and they said that I should have given prior notice. Fair. However, every service provider that failed to charge to my card sent me a notification and yet none of them charged a late fee right away.
All in all, still a great place to workout at. Good staff, good equipment. This serves as a PSA: just be on your toes when it comes to payment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the worst.. They purposely make the cancellation of their membership hard.. You need to send email.. Not even after you called their stuff to cancel your membership.. And they gonna drag and charge you months after months for the "outstanding payment"
