Nurse Jeslyn was extremely rude. I called asking if I could collect some medication. Instead of asking for the patient's name, she sarcastically questioned "I do not know your name, how do I prepare the medicine?" She could have just asked "Sure may I have the patient's name please?" Was it that difficult to address others politely? The conversation went on further with the rudeness not abating. C'mon - are we not patients and paying for our medication? Are we on your payroll? Are we taking the medication for free? Why was there a need to be so impolite to patients aka customers? While Dr Yeo and Dr Tan are capable doctors, going to their clinic is now a harrowing affair. Looking back at the reviews posted, it appears that I am not the only one with a similar experience. Indeed, as James Pan has reviewed just 4 months ago, the receptionist is unprofessional!

If you read the comments, you can understand that the patients are impatient. Waiting time is expected to be longer due to Covid-19 precautions. The way the nurses talk are normal unless you provoked them. Doctors usually don't ask your medical history unless you tell them. You're the one who knows your conditions. Walking out of the Doctor doesn't solve your problems. I've been there since I stayed in Jurong & still go back there when I've shifted to CCK. Because the Doctors knows my medical history & they're very friendly to my kids. So I don't see any problems with this Clinic at all.

Clinic staffs are very helpful and kind towards my 2.5 years old toddler who was sick and even provided a puke bag n advised us the waiting time to return after registration so that my toddler won't b too fidgety waiting. Salute them for being so patient n responsible to even explain slowly to patients whose first language is non English n assisted them with safe entry n all during covid times and they had to sterilise n clean after swabbing patients n take all the precaution measures, super tough job juggling all these in top of their usual tasks!

On saturday 16/10/21, my sister accompany my domestic helper went for usual checkup once in every 6 months which is required by MOM. We understand theres no more walk in and we been instructed by the receptionist to call on that day itself to make apppintment. So the following monday, upon seeing the clinic open, i called since 8am for 1/2 hour, no one pickup. I understand its busy but we been told to call and make appointment on that day itself. I cant possibly keep on calling so i went there myself to see. Theres no one even trying bother to pickup call. Whats the point displaying telephone number if no one is answering. And using common sense, booking appointment is best to be make 1 day before or earlier. Unless its last minute then no choice on that day, that also depends if theres still slots available. No school receptionist. Finally & luckily theres slot available at the clinic beside it. Even a bit pricey but end of the day, i can get the checkup done! Will never ever go to this clinic again?

Arrived at 6pm and was the second in line. 8.30pm and my number is still not called whilst the clinic beside have had cleared more than 10 patients. Staff was extremely rude and was shouting at the patients to wait despite having little patients. Opening hours indicated 6-10pm but patients arriving after 7.30pm was denied service due to โ€œfull capacityโ€

This morning was informed and ask me come on 6.30pm. I reached 6.30pm, took queue number, waiting for 1 and half hour and still not my turn. Hence, the staff just skipped my queue number and made me wait longer. Wasting my time to wait at here.

Today at 730pm my daughter was wheezing and coughing badly so i had rushed her to My Family Clinic @ Pioneer Mall I informed the nurses there that my child is wheezing and coughing badly and I would need urgent assistance. They were not even empathetic! Instead they said they are full with patients and to return after 9pm!! I was dumbfounded by their action. Its was a respiratory issue and it was taken so lightly. The reason I rushed to nearby clinic was becos I urgently needed medical attention. If I had to wait then I would have gone to Hospital instead. With the current rising cases of covid as parents we are extremely worried . To our utter disappointment we had to face such a situation where a child is turned away without assessing her vital signs ! I hope the Management of My Family Clinic Pioneer Mall will review their criteria of assessing patients.

I have been a regular of this clinic for more than 10 years and they have always been very professional. There have definitely been times whereby the workload was extremely heavy for the staff and everything feels rushed but they definitely do not slack on providing the right information. Dr. Yeo and Dr. Felicia are both some of the best doctors I have encountered. They would also check up on our family members if they are also patients at the clinic for chronic diseases. All in all, it does feel like a family clinic!
