This gym is nearest to me but I will stop going after this 3rd time here. It simply does not have enough equipments for my needs. There are a lot of dumbbells, including very heavy ones but I gravitate towards the 10s, the 15s and there's just one pair. There are smaller dumbells but they are nearer to the stretching area. So if someone is using it, tough lucky. And one cable station, oMG, what a nightmare. I examined the layout carefully and it's a lot of wastage. I will see if they improve in 3 mths time. I hope they do.

Friendly and helpful staffs . Gym equipment are updated. Only issue is you have to walk one round to the CC's toilet instead of using the back glass door that's opposite the toilet (which was reserved as an emergency exit) Overall a great experience for a gym that's just open and I hope they will consider unlocking the back glass door one day

Love this gym!!! Very friendly staff, organised and clean gym, good vibes.. My trainer Mr Azrami was very helpful, guiding me through the workouts, so supportive and informative.. I enjoy it very much, highly recommend this excellent gym..

Tho gym bit small compared to others but equipment and space overall substantial, its also conveniently located and really clean. Good job to the friendly stuff for always making me feel very welcomed, esp Ms Amelia, she is very nice and bubbly.

Been working with Azrami at the gym for about 3 months now and he has helped me to get on the right track with my fitness goals. With his guidance, I was able to smash my weight loss goal in under the time we had originally planned while developing muscle. He is paitent and has a keen eye to look out for faults in form to prevent injuries. I would recommend Azrami for anyone wanting to get a head start in their fitness journey!

Very vibrant and welcoming place made happy by the staffs whom greet you with their genuine, megawatt smiles. Ameliah never fails to greet upon members' entry and exit. If she happened to busy and missed you at the entry, she will always make an effort to have eye contact with you and say "hi". AF Bedok will not be what it is without her. Ameliah is definitely a happy pill in human form! Shah, despite being very busy day in and out, never loses his usual friendliness to check in on the members. Not to mention Shah always ensures we have a safe and clean environment to workout in. Personal trainer, Azrami, is amazingly patient with his clients. He explains every move with great details and ensures execution are done safely and effectively. Azrami took the extra miles to observe and correct my moves despite it wasn't my training session with him. Now that's the kind of customer service anyone would like. ?

The gym may be small, with tight spaces, but you can't deny that the equipment and general hygiene & cleanliness of the place is at its top condition. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Undoubtedly, the same could be said with the regular gym-goers here. I engaged Azrami as my Personal Trainer and within 3 weeks of signing up for my first gym membership here, I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience. He taught me so much that every time I go to the gym independently, I have no idea what to actually work on because there were so many options and skills for me to apply. For your info, when I say, knowledge and skills, it doesn't just apply to the general usage of the gym equipment and machinery that is available here. In fact, Azrami also vastly taught me educational theories and concepts with regards to the human muscular system. These are important knowledge to know and grasp in order to maximise our training capabilities and body potential. You have to learn what exercises targets which muscle groups and ways to execute it properly and safely. He also helped debunked some common myths that I had about body-building and weight gain. In that same time-frame, I managed to experience significant differences to my physiological self. I learnt more gym theory in 3 weeks than I ever did with a year of PE lessons in school. When you apply and teach what you learn, it becomes easier to remember and execute because it forms to be part of your muscle memory (Pun intended). When it comes to his training sessions, Azrami is very experienced at pointing out common mistakes, us gym amateurs' tend to make. Sometimes he is also able to identify these mistakes from just a quick look with his eyes. If his eyes can do that, imagine how much he can help you, in identifying your mistakes with his hands and fingers, through the sense of touch. Yes, if you touch certain muscle groups on your body when doing exercises, you can feel whether you are doing the exercises correctly or not. He will feel it and tell you what is wrong and what went wrong. And you adjust accordingly. He always wants the best for his clients, by catering to their individual needs and ability. He will push you hard to achieve intense workout reps and weights that your body can handle - at maximum ability. And vast majority of the time, he seems to be correct and exact in gauging how much we are actually able to handle. He will also step in occasionally to provide you with some support, so you can actually do more reps. Turns out, having someone to push and motivate you, physically and mentally, enables you to properly understand yourself and your physiological capabilities. You may think that you can't do 'that' much. But his trainings will prove you otherwise. You'll be very surprised when you actually overcome this. Did I mention that he does sports massage too (Myofascial Release). The very first PT I knew who can actually do this. He can help you release tight joints and muscle tissues, ensuring your muscles are able to grow and develop effectively and efficiently. The massage also helps in relieving pain in certain exclusive areas of your body - especially areas which you are not able to normally 'work on' with typical stretches and exercises. If there's any advice at all that he gave me which I remembered by heart, it would be that, "Posture over weight." And true enough, that's the way it should be if we are ones who are just getting started. Not only will you be able to significantly reduce the risk of getting injuries, you are maximising your body's potential and energy to execute your exercises efficiently and effectively. Regardless whether it is Cardio, static or weights, if you are feeling some sort of pain (from the right muscle groups), it's a sign that you are doing it right. As the saying goes, no pain - no gain. And step out of your comfort zone. If you are comfortable, you aren't doing it right! I could go on, but it's getting lengthy. Try it some time. Even if it's for a short while. Great experience overall.

Azrami is a good trainer who can help you achieve your goals. Not only is he capable of explaining and guiding you on workouts that he tailors to fit your specific body type and fitness goals, he exposes you to different workouts to keep it interesting and engaging. He has also helped me a lot in improving my general posture due to prolonged sitting at a computer. He is reliable and professional, and his many years of experience in the line really shows because he can tell at a glance if you are doing something wrong and might potentially hurt yourself. Good recommendation to train with him for sure
