Been visiting Dr Moses Ng at Junction 10 outlet since March for acne scar removal treatments and so far I am really pleased with the results! Unlike other acne clinics who are out there to pull a fast one on most patients, I was pleasantly surprised when Dr Moses advised me to not waste money on unnecessary topical creams and only prescribed to me the ones that I truly needed. In addition, the staff are also really helpful and friendly, especially Joan who has been helping me with the procedures. All in all, highly recommended to anyone who is facing a emotionally tough battle against Acne!

Introduced by a friend to this clinic in Singapore. Communication with clinic staff before making appointment was convenient. The nurses were helpful and doctor was professional. One of the thing that really stood out was the pricing and service. Pricing is reasonable although not the cheapest compared to my home country. Doctor did more than what was requested and I'm very thankful for the kindness. The follow up was a nice touch to make sure I was doing well as I had travel.

Been bringing my teenage sons for acne treatments here. They have been having very bad breakouts which were similar to mine when i was their age. Dr Ng is very experienced and is able to connect with teenagers to understand them better. My sons are very happy and more confident and I'm very impressed with the service staff who are always friendly and obliging.

Thank you Dr Moses and team for the pleasant service, friendliness, and genuine kind and caring attitude. I always feel at ease at the clinic and during consultations. He is one of the very few doctors (speaking generally, including the usual GPs) who will actually listen to your concerns without being dismissive, answer your questions patiently, allay your fears, make you feel comfortable, and importantly is very upfront about the prices. There is no upselling whatsoever in this clinic, you will definitely not be pressured to spend money on products or services that you do not need or want. Dr Moses always looks for the most affordable and suitable treatments for my skin issues and tries to keep prices as low as possible. I took isotretinoin for many months and went back for regular blood tests - I'm very afraid of needles so the doc will always reassure me and even apologise after for every blood-drawing! That kindness and bedside manner is rare to see.

Since June 2021, I have been visiting this clinic. For my daughter(14yrs) i consulted with Dr.Ng who is very professional and listens to us fully, thoroughly examines the skin and then suggests any treatment or medicines. I admit there is evident change in my daughter's skin. For me, I consulted with Dr. Germaine Toh for my panda eyes and acne scars. She takes cares of all pigmentations, botox, and filler services. The prices are comparatively decent. I am very happy with their services and glad that I finally have a good dermatologist around my residential area!

Great experience! The staff are friendly, helpful and make you feel welcome. Dr Moses is very professional and explained what to expect for my laser treatment. The staff were very patient and helped reduced my anxieties as it was my first treatment. The soothing music and warm tea were a nice touch. Thank Dr Moses and Apax team! :)
