★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has been a regular for more than 10yrs. Lady Boss is very responsible in providing professional service with trained staff. Especially Li Xin, who is taking care of my Skin and Body treatments for yearss. She is Result-oriented, knowledgeable of their products and treatment packages, gave good recommendations WITHOUT hard selling.
Now my teenage kids are her regulars too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been here 4 times already after signing on a Fave promo. Packages have no expiry, and they are very flexible with bookings (can just WA!). Xuan is very professional and gives great advice on taking care of your skin, plus her shoulder massages are very firm and relaxing too :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister and I are very satisfied with our facial by Xuan and Carol. They are very professional and recommended different treatment to us based on our respective skin issues. They are not pushy when coming to selling stuff and although I added an Ampoule and my sister bought a spot treatment serum, it is because we wanted to. Overall it is a good experience at Coslab BP and we will recommend to anyone who want a good facial.

She is very professional and explain every next step and what she is applying or doing. She also shared self care tips for me to take note on how to take care my skin. She recommended different treatment to me based on my skin issues. She is not pushy when coming to selling stuff and I add on on what's recommended during my first treatment. Overall it is a good experience, very clean and felt great with the light massage.
