Very well maintained. very good location and place is new. downtown line and east west MRT are very near.

Nice business park with lot of shop at mall.

Quite run down and shops like Mac and Starbucks closed early. Worse, not even open on weekend.

office and mall, few restaurants and a food court, and one supermarket. a basic to medium size mall. there's more services related shops here than retail itself.
