★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to a meeting at Pico in the evening. Free parking on the street after 5pm and easy to get to made the trip nice. The foyer of the building is a bit dated, but toilets clean. Easy to find unit numbers. After hours, so no idea on what food is near in the day time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ extremely rude receptionist. brought two seniors for a talk and they were not well acquainted with tracetogether app, only had tokens and receptionist shouted at us and argued with us and even called the manager down. would not recommend going there. manager is equally rude as well.
