Recently i had singapore trip with them. Very very poor in service n no time management. Sometimes they will not come for pick up also. Without any doubt you can avoid this travels.

Pathetic travel agency..no professionalism. Disgusting and careless management.. brainless drivers.. I will never ever recommend this agency to anyone. They don't care about the clients.. plz never book your tour with this agency or else you will end up with dissatisfaction.

Pathetic and very unprofessional behavior by the entire team. they will keep you stranded in middle of the road and give all wrong commitments. DO not book with them. you shall loose your money and spoil your trip also. Vinod was very unprofessional and bad.

Had a pathetic experience with driver Mr Rosli,he is very rude and aggressive. He left us on sentosa island without any information.Same issue happened with others too. Please Get your drivers trained. While we had a good exexperience with Mr Azeez

Very rude drivers. very bad services . they do not care any complain .they see only their comfortness . mr Purohit he is from India and if we do any complain and say that u r from India pl help us He says that “ it does not matter “ means he is only for money not for country . they cheat people in name of city tour only they take three places one is chocolate shop their drivers have no sense to talk , no professionalism . I normally never speak or write about businesses as I myself a small business person.. But the said company is a company without any professionalism with just fleecing the customers. We have given a business to them last Jan 2019 and paid a whopping 900000 (9 lakhs). It's a trip to Singapore for 45 members where normally we could end up paying just 600000 if arranged by ourselves. Unforywe had huge groups to handle and this business came as last minute business hence used the above said company. I sent 42 members first and we went as 3 in other flight. When we reached Singapore airport there was no pickup arranged for us. When I called their support no one was there pickup the phone. When called India support they did not respond. Since we are regularly arrange trips I called my person to reach the hotel. Later when I found that they did not arrange room for me and made to sit in launge for three hours as no one to respond me or hotel persons.. It was a terrible moment.. and I feel still this company cheats it's unsuspecting customers as they take 100% if the service charges in advance... I can share those involved in the process.. The package was sold to me by Mr. RYAN, Delhi, Customer support delhi Mr. Vinod. The worst part of the situation was this vinod left for India and left me to stay in a different hotel during the trip. We were staying in Cherry Loft hotel between Jan 25th and 27th 2019. I always suggest people to avoid this company... A recent experience was when we wrongly transferred 5000 on 29th November, the same Ryan harassed me for one week with lots of mails saying we will revert the find today or tomorrow finally done it when I called their supervisor on 7th December. I feel horrible to see such worst conpanies still exists with customers money. I cannot give negative mark for this worst company...

So worse management. No proper respond to guest by their representative. There was no one to welcome the group of 27 pax. We suffer a lot in check in hotel. They used guide who is totally careless, my people suffer a lot in sentosa island but guide didn't do needful and went somewhere and If possible i would give zero rating.Eshani, vinod, Ryan are worse tour operator who never solve the problem. APOLLO should think about them. I wouldn't refer this agency to any body else because they spoil your whole day during your staying in singapore.

I have a very good experience overall with the tour management and also agent but while going back to my country.I met a driver (SAM) by name on schedule.In first place, he came very late to pick up for the departure.And was very rude towards us and always abusing in his own language while traveling to the airport. He also said you can complaint to my company and I don’t care to anyone ? Please train your drivers to treat your customers in good manner.
