★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently visited Singapore with family which includes an infant as well. HTPL was the tour Coordinator for our Singapore trips. I must say, I have never seen such a worst coordination. They always arrives late to pick us up from the tourist location we visit. Eg- universal studios. When I called the Coordinator, he told vehicle is on the way and will arrive in 5 -10 min and makes us wait almost 2 hours which is aweful and irritating when we travel with an infant. Also they don’t follow a proper itenary, always keep on changing. I really don’t recommend this tour Coordinator. But I must say the driver was very good.
