This is by far the worst service rendered to foreigners . As much as I believe, they should be at least humane enough to take care of the patient whom is there. This review is to highlight this particular receptionist ( Indian Female, roughly in her 30s) who almost cheated my cousin by claiming cash for a visit, that was supposedly free as its claimable by the company. She did not register my cousin and neither did she return back the company claim card. after the consultation with the doctor, she demanded for the payment for the consultation and medication. when he explained to her regarding him giving his claim card to her, she denied that he gave it to her. She made him pay $110 for the medicines. which he did. But I was unhappy as he did give her his claim card. It is her mistake if she fail to keep it safe. when we requested to see the cctv or speak to the doctor, she didn't want to. she was so rude and arrogant. she did not even want to check back in her counter. i knew this was something fishy. She claims that its NOT NECCESSARY to register the patients that come to the clinic. We wanted to call the police regarding this, and she tried to scare him by saying do as you please. You want your permit revoked? by all means. This is unacceptable behaviour. She was threatening him just because he was a foreigner and making use of the fact that they are afraid to speak up for themselves? till the end, we sat and told her we wish to to wait and see the doctor and speak about this. She asked for a copy of the claim card again in hard copy, which my cousin called up his office to take a copy and she insisted on a hard copy, which we still went out to print another copy for her . For a patient who is sick, is this what you do?! and lastly when the clinic was about to close, she chose to return back our money and asked us leave. This is a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!

Cheating customers- they are noticed everywhere start 8am even their website and notice boards. If you go and ask counter, the lady will say registration will start 9.30am. Kind of unprofessional

Extremely Bad experience..this is my first n last for this clinic. the toilet very dirty and the cloth for x ray totally looks like no wash and keep sharing to wear by everyone . and the staff very rude.especially the guy incharge xray room

Such a shame of having clinics like this in Sg. The reception lady is very rude. They don't have manners how to talk. After waiting so long 1 hr they telling that my insurance card fr MHC they cannot see. Very rude behaviour and this clinic is earnings from doing workers xrays etc. Please don't go to this clinic because its waste of time, waste of energy and of course money also.

Very poor clinic!!! Even 1 star also not worth it!!! Take my id ask me wait .wait almost 45minutes still not my turn and the staff tell me he need to clear all the ART test 1st which few ppl keep coming for the test .and the staff attitude like no care and rude!!! Very poor experience!!bef go there pls think carefully if u wan to waste ur time to there also can?

Useless clinic!! Waiting 2 hours and then saying “internet not working cannot claim insurance!” And asking to pay cash. They are in Singapore god sake!n not Somalia for not having internet. I really wish they better improve their service.

Price are affordable Staff are friendly and also do the ART test for the patient thoroughly. Explaining to the patient how to take the medicine accordingly. Dr look friendly Waiting time still acceptable
