★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one pic the calls even u try 10 times. They wont response for phone calls. Receptionist are helpless for answering phone calls and also they wont maintain the timing which is listed in websites. They use their own timings as per their comfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a heavy ear pain for more than a week, I went to Shifa clinic & Dr.Ghazali is very good taking care of my illness. He did Ear wax cleaning for me. I recovered very fast with his treatment and medicine.. Thanks a lot.... Only thing, Patients needs to wait at least 2 hrs to get a good treatment.

Quue number need 1token wait hes after that Registration take 1 token n wait hrs after that again for medicine need to wait hr so total min 3-4 hrs need if u want to get ur health checked

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting time is way to long . Consultation $30-40 on weekdays day time is too expensive. Staff need to speed up. Too many people waiting outside for too long. Staff need to dispense quick to avoid less exposure .
Minimise time waiting time , Waited for 2 hours . Is like in polyclinic already no joke .

Must wait one hour for first token
One hour for second token
One hour to see doctor
Another one hour have to wait get medicine and payment
So for 4+ hours need to spend there…
They should try to improvise fast …
Even I go early before they open, also same

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst people worst treatment, they just needs money by giving unnecessary tests and unwanted medicine. I have faced very differently at this hospital charged 23kd for small treatment but my health was not good.
