The staff must be taught to well behave towards customers... Seems not sure what to do..keep asking the colleague rather than going through the form, very rude staff and not proper instructions given..the chinese lady in the x-ray counter was very polite and helpful..other staffs must learn from her how to behave with the customers..

Worst service. They said waiting as 30 minutes but it took 2 and half hours. Staff is also not polite at all.

The WORST clinic ever I have visited. The staff were very very very rude towards customer, they act like I’m begging them for what I have to paid for. Poor facility, X-ray room was like a store room with what so ever things all around the room. Changing room cover with dirt. Toilet full of water, smell and don’t even have toilet roll. The room that I got to draw blood has insect fly around and ants crawl on the table. The nurse use the alcohol swab clean the spot she was going to draw blood then re-used it when she take out the needle, so disgusting. When I had urine test, the nurse asked me to bring the urine cup put on the counter and she open a package of urine test, after done she give me that package cover and asked me to throw it my self and clean the urine cup myself. It’s terrible experience for me at this clinic, even more expensive than Raffles medical clinic.

Staffs are helpful, quick service. Economic - example: only $35 for full medical checkup for foreign domestic worker. Also, very careful in examination. Usually the reports are handover in the everyone 4pm to 4:45 pm. Call the help desk if any questions. They politely answered my call when I asked many simple questions - overall great service.

Went there last month. Never encountered a rude staff like some of the reviews i read. Everything went smooth. Staff all polite, price very affordable, save time as all done in that 1 place. Overall, very good experience! Thank you and stay safe!

Bad services dun ever come here very rude staff pundek

I came for medical on 23/12/2021. So on 24/12/2021 I am supposed to collect my medical reports. So when I came there, the staff said the medical reports weren't ready. I come from far and asked me to come back on Monday to collect. They also never give a call and said will email me the report on Monday. This morning(27/12/2021) when I called the clinic,(after trying hundred times) manage get a call and spoke with Hema and she said will email me by 12pm, but until 3pm also I still haven't gotten my medical report by email. It's very urgent for me. I tried calling the clinic so many times but no answers. I am very disappointed with the services.

Such a bad service. Make us come there 3 times & did not give a informed or clear information. Staff was not friendly & also not apologetic when they were in the wrong. Such a bad service. Will not recommend this place to anyone at all.
